1. Overview

Our products are made to order. Return and refund rights vary by customer location.
Please review the section applicable to your region before purchasing.

 


 

2. EU / UK Customers

2.1 Right of Withdrawal (14 Days – No Reason Required)

If you are located in the European Union or the United Kingdom, you have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days of delivery without providing any reason, in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.

Conditions:

  • Items must be physically returned

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer

  • Refunds are issued only after the returned item is received and inspected

2.2 Damaged or Defective Items (EU / UK)

If your item is damaged, defective, or contains a printing error:

  • Please contact our Customer Support team at
    https://support.wuxiaworld.com/within 30 days of delivery

  • Include:

    • Order number

    • Clear photos showing the issue

After verification:

  • We will offer either a free replacement or a refund

  • A return may or may not be required depending on the case, as determined by Customer Support

 


 

3. Non-EU / Non-UK Customers

3.1 Damaged or Defective Items Only (30 Days)

For customers outside the EU and UK, we accept returns only for damaged or defective items.

After verification:

  • We will send a free replacement of the same product

  • Refunds may be issued at our discretion

 


 

3.2 Wrong Size / Change of Mind (Non-EU / Non-UK)

Because all products are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges due to:

  • Wrong size selection

  • Change of mind

  • Buyer’s remorse

Customers are responsible for checking the size chart provided on each product page before placing an order.

 


 

4. Physical Return Requirement (All Regions)

If a return is approved for reasons other than confirmed manufacturing defects:

  • Items must be physically returned

  • Return shipping is paid by the customer

  • Refunds are issued only after the returned item is received and inspected

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method

 


 

5. Lost Packages

If a package is lost in transit and the tracking status does not show “Delivered”:

  • We will cover the cost of reprinting and reshipping the order

If tracking shows “Delivered”:

  • We are unable to offer a refund or replacement

 


 

6. Wrong Address

If an incorrect or insufficient address is provided and the package is returned:

  • The customer is responsible for reshipment costs after confirming a corrected address

 


 

7. Abuse & Excessive Returns

We reserve the right to refuse service, returns, or refunds in cases of excessive, repetitive, or abusive return behavior, including but not limited to repeated refund requests or policy exploitation.
